WHAT INFORMATION TERRASOARI SYNDICATE COLLECTS AND HOW IT IS USED

In general, personally identifiable information is not gathered simply by visiting the Terrasoari Syndicate website. Information is requested only when services are purchased. An e-mail address is required to facilitate access to the services and, with consent, to provide updates on additional products and services.

Information stored on the membership website is collected solely to provide an enhanced user experience and is never revealed to outside parties.

Personal Information

Contact and Questions: Inquiries, comments, or concerns submitted to the Service require an e-mail address. This information is used to respond to the inquiry and may be shared internally to improve service. It may also be used for business purposes, such as consumer testimonials; however, advance consent will be requested for any public use. Personal information is never sold to third parties. Membership, AI Support, and Coaching: The membership website has been upgraded to include AI support to assist with questions and track course results. For members working with a coach, optional private feedback on trading activity is available. All trading results and feedback remain strictly private between the coach and the member.

Surveys, Sweepstakes, Contests, or Drawings: Participation in these events may require the disclosure of personally identifiable information or sharing experiences regarding the services. This data may be used to: (1) notify winners; (2) conduct market research studies; (3) provide data to co-sponsors; or (4) send product/service information. Contact for these purposes requires explicit opt-in consent.

Non-Personal Information

IP Addresses: Web servers automatically identify computers by their Internet Protocol ("IP") address. When pages are requested from the website, these IP addresses are logged. SSL encrypts personal information, including names and payment numbers, to prevent interception over the Internet. All online transactions involving money or personal information are secure. The Windows software (our app) utilizes Private/Public keys, ensuring passwords are never transmitted over the Internet, but are instead used locally to decrypt access to data.

TRANSFER OF USER INFORMATION AND POLICY CHANGES

Transfer of User Information: The Syndicate intends to remain private indefinitely. In the event that Terrasoari Syndicate or substantially all of its assets are acquired, the website and all collected information may be transferred to the acquiring party. Any such transferred information remains subject to the terms and conditions applicable at the time of collection.

Changes to the Privacy Policy: If updates are made to this online Privacy Policy, the changes will be posted and the revision date updated, ensuring Members are aware of what information is collected, how it is used, and what choices are available. For material changes, Members will be directly notified. Changes regarding how personally identifiable information is used or disclosed will not apply to already collected information without consent, except as permitted by applicable law.

The Terrasoari platform may collect user-generated information entered into course materials, trading journals, worksheets, or trade log tools.

This information may include trade reflections, trading decisions, worksheet responses, behavioral observations, educational progress metrics, and interactions with AI coaching systems.

This information is used solely to provide educational feedback, improve platform functionality, and personalize the user experience.

All such information remains private to the member account and is not sold or distributed to outside parties. Aggregated and anonymized data may be used internally to improve the Terrasoari platform.
