Terms & Conditions

No Refunds. All membership cancellations require a 30-day notice emailed to [email protected]. Payments will continue to occur until the end of the 30-day period.

We do not freeze accounts and membership must be continuous in order to maintain membership benefits. After 3 days of membership lapse your membership will automatically be canceled.

If you are accepted back in the Terrasoari club you may rejoin and pay a one-time $1,000 membership renewal fee within 6 months of your membership stoppage; afterwards you will need to pay all fees associated with new membership.
